I tried to upgrade the eG Manger, but i get a message saying "upgrade failed", how do I troubleshoot?

Check the following logs for details on the failure
eGurkha\manager\logs\upgrade_event
eGurkha\tmp\logging
If you still cannot figure out the cause, please reach out to eG support.
