Check the error logs, and make sure there are no mail delivery failures/errors
Check the mail filter settings
Validate
the mail server settings
Check
for mail manager restarts
Check
for mail manager frequency and the problem duration, if the problem duration is
very shorter than the mail manager frequency it might not have been processed
by the eG mail engine.
Check
whether the mail server is enabled for mail redirection.
