Maintenance policy for unknowns

I have applied Maintenance policy for some unknown components, but the status is not changed to Good- How to troubleshoot?

Check whether the state manager is running properly without any issues. Try restarting the eG Manager service. 


If the issue still persist, try the following

  • Stop the eG manager. 
  • Go to egukha\manager path and find the folder 'state'. 
  • Rename the 'state' folder to 'state_old' . 
  • Then start the eG Manager.
