Reboot alerts for server under maintenace

I am getting reboot alerts for a server even though the server is under maintenance, how to troubleshoot this?

If the server is dynamically provisioned from provisioning server, then it is a known issue with version eG 6.0.2. We plan to address this in the upcoming version.
