Why eG console is not working in upgraded IE 11 by
showing the below script error?

Reason: eG recommends to use the document
mode as “Edge” in IE10/11. While upgrading the browser, document mode is automatically set to an unsupported values like IE 7 for example.
Solution: open the browser developer tools by pressing
F12 and click on the emulation option and set the document to Edge as indicated
below
