How to enforce the client (browser) to use TLS only request for the SSL enabled eG console?

Enable TLS protocol as a mandatory one while sending request, this can be done at the browser level

Steps to enable TLS on IE: Go to internet options- Advanced-select SSL

Steps to enable TLS on Google chrome:

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.

2. Select Settings.

3. Click Show advanced settings.

4. In the "Network" section, click Change proxy settings- select SSL
