Proxy Configuration

When i installed the eG agent, i did not configure it to use the proxy server. Can i update proxy server information without reinstalling the eG agent?

Please follow the below instructions to provide the proxy information,


For windows,


  • Stop the eG Agent, using the windows menu.
  • Execute eGurkha\lib\changeAgentSettings.bat file as an administrator.
  • Input the parameters like proxy server IP/Hostname, Port, Credentials etc. as required.
  • Execute eGurkha\lib\debugoff.bat, as an administrator
  • Start the eG Agent, using the windows menu
