AD groups can be used to NT login access into eG console for the domain users. This requires the domain to be integrated in eG console The group information is discovered once in 24 hours.
To force the discovery, on the eG manager server, delete the file eGADGroups_XXX.txt located on the egurkha\manager\tomcat\temp, as given on below screenshot. Deleting the files will Force eG to Discovery the AD Users groups.
