Steps to enable debugs on eG Agents

  • Stop the eG Agent using windows menu, as an administrator
  • Then execute the file "egurkha\lib\agent_output_on.bat" as an administrator
  • The above steps should create two files "agentout.log", and "agenterr.log" in the "egurkha\agent\logs" directory. 
  • Wait for 20-30 minutes, then collect the "agentout.log, agenterr.log and error_log" for analyze.
  • To disable the debugs, you can use the "egurkha\lib\agent_output_off.bat" (this is mandatory after every troubleshooting).
  • Start the eG Agent using windows menu, as an administrator
