The main user interface has a the ability to search for Citrix users at the top of the main user interface. Users are only found if they have been logged on in the last 48 hours. If a user is found then there is an ability to to click the details link to see all sessions for the user. If a user has not logged on in the past 48 hours this link is not available. I understand that the default search time frame could be changed but this would impact all users and slow down normal session queries. I would like to have the ability to get that link on an adhoc basis or have another method to see user session history and related metrics.
