If component option is chosen, only application level
layers/tests will go into maintenance mode. If host option is chosen, entire
system will be in maintenance.
Maintenance
policy will take effect typically takes 2 measurement cycles to get updated. (For example, If the polling frequency is set as 5 mins, then Maintenance window should be in effect within
10-15 mins.)
